Cancellation Policy

No Penalty: Customers may cancel their appointment with no penalty 24 hours or more from the scheduled start of their service.

$25 Late Cancellation Charge: Customers canceling less than 24 hours before their appointment will be charged a $25 Late Cancellation Fee.

$50 Trip Charge: If I arrive for a service and cannot access the property the customer will be charged a $50 Trip Charge.
